Return & Refund Policy

At Noor Express, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the rules and procedures for returns and refunds.
As a reseller, all returns are subject to the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. We process returns as fairly and quickly as possible.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is defective or damaged during transit.
- The wrong item was delivered (size, color, or product mismatch).
- The product has expired or has manufacturing defects.
Returns are NOT accepted in these cases:
- Change of mind or wrong selection.
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Personal care items, edible products (like halwa, supplements), or hygiene products.
- Products damaged due to improper use or negligence by the customer.
- Items without original packaging and accessories.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card & UPI: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer (you must provide account details).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging (especially if damaged).
- We will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost (unless it’s our mistake).

5. Replacement Policy
- In case of defective or wrong items, we offer replacement (subject to availability) instead of refund.
- Replacement will be processed after we receive the returned item.
6. Important Notes
- All return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to Noor Express’s error.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- For perishable or edible items (such as Sada Bahar Halwa or similar products), returns are strictly not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
