As a reseller, we sell products sourced from various manufacturers and suppliers. Please read these terms carefully.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
In case of pricing errors or product unavailability, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative options.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or photography.
As a reseller, we are not the manufacturer of the products. Product warranties (if any) are provided by the respective manufacturers/suppliers.
Edible, herbal, and personal care products should be used as per the instructions provided. Consult a healthcare professional before use where applicable.
